Is the event free to attend?
Yes, including the ‘Chose your Fun’ day activities on Day One.
Who am I allowed to accompany me?
Each attendee may bring their spouse, children/dependents. You need to register their attendance with your event registration. All other attendees, such as business partners and staff, must register separately to attend.
Are there any age restrictions for attendees?

What is the event registration deadline/When do registrations close?
Registration for this event close on 24th October 2025. Numbers are limited for this event, so please register ASAP to avoid missing out.
Can I share my registration or register a team?
No. Sharing registrations is not allowed. The main registrant in the form can also register their spouse and partner. All other attendees must register themselves.
Can I transfer my registration to another team member if I can no longer attend?
Yes. If you are registered for the event and are no longer able to attend, you may substitute a team member to attend in your place. Your substitute must register to attend. Please submit an inquiry through the contact us page to let us know.
Can I register on the day?
No. All attendees must register to attend before the event and by the registration deadline of 24 October 2025.
What is the dress code?
Dress code requirements for each event are as follows. AGM: Smart casual or business casual. Awards Night: Black tie. Activities on Day One: To play golf or participate in laser clay shooting, you will need to wear comfortable clothing and closed shoes.
How do I indicate my dietary requirements?
Any dietary requirements are captured at the time of registration.
What is the cancellation policy if I can no longer make it?
Please visit the Contact Us page and submit an inquiry to notify the event team. If you have extended your stay, you may be liable for additional hotel cancellation charges.
How do I book my accommodation?
Your accommodation request is captured in the registration form. Once the events team review your request, they will be in touch to discuss and confirm your hotel booking.
Can I check in early or drop my bags?
Yes. Concierge supplies bag tags and you can safely leave your belongings in the hotel while you enjoy the surrounds.
What does Tyrepower pay for?
All activities on the event agenda, hotel accommodation and breakfast from 14-16th November. The main registrant pays for all additional extras, including room upgrades, booking extensions, additional registrants and in-room expenses.
Will my flights be paid for?
No. If flights are needed to attend, this is at the expense of the attendee.
Are there any organised shuttles to and from the activities on Day One?
No. Golf is the only activity located separately from the hotel at Nelson Bay Golf Course.
Is there complimentary parking onsite?
Yes, complimentary onsite parking is available for all registered hotel guests
What hotel facilities are available?

What time is check in and check out?
Standard times apply. Check in is 2pm and checkout is 10am.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted at the venue or event activities.
What is the expected weather?
In Shoal Bay, mid-November offers warm and pleasant weather, with average high temperatures reaching around 25°C and average low temperatures around 14°C.
