The event will be held at Swissôtel Sydney, with individual event rooms noted in the email invitation sent to you. ##### What is the exact location of Swissôtel Sydney? Swissôtel Sydney, 68 Market St, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia. ##### Is there a detailed agenda and timings available? Yes. Please visit the Home page of the event website, found on the menu bar, for full details. For Board of Directors, this was sent as part of the email invitation. ##### What is the dress code? Dress code requirements for each event are as follows. AGM: Smart casual or business casual. Awards Night: Black tie. ##### What are the meal arrangements for Friday training? Lunch is included as part of the Friday training session. For dinner, guests are free to make their own arrangements. Tyrepower will cover dinner costs up to $100 per person, with a maximum of $200 per room. Further details on the reimbursement process will be confirmed. ##### When will the training happen? Training begins 13 November 2026. ##### What are the afterparty timing and location details? Please note that the afterparty will take place at Arches Bar from 12am to 2am, which is located on the same floor as the Blaxland Ballroom. ##### What time do the Awards Night celebrations begin? Pre-dinner drinks will commence at 6:00 pm on Saturday, 14 November, with entertainment from Jackson Aces. The Awards Night will officially commence at 7:00 pm. Venue: Blaxland Ballroom. ##### Who will be hosting and entertaining at the Awards Night? Australian comedian Tahir Bilgiç will join us as our MC for the evening, with live entertainment from The Endless Summer Band. ##### What time does the Awards Night finish? The formal Awards Night program is scheduled to finish at approximately 11:30 pm. Attending & Eligibility ##### Who am I allowed to bring with me? Each attendee may bring their spouse, children/dependents. You need to register their attendance with your event registration. All other attendees, such as business partners and staff, must register separately to attend. ##### Are there any age restrictions for attendees? The Annual General Meeting is for members only; no guests or children are permitted. The Awards Night is open to guests aged 15 years and over. ##### Is the event free to attend? The event is fully funded by Tyrepower, including accommodation through 13 November, with check-out on 15 November. Any additional nights or extensions beyond the event dates will be at the attendee’s own cost. Registration ##### What is the event registration deadline/When do registrations close? Registration closes on 25 October 2026. Places are limited, so we encourage you to register as early as possible to avoid missing out. ##### Can I register on the day? No. All attendees must register to attend before the event and by the registration deadline of 25 October 2026. The main registrant in the form can also register their spouse and partner. All other attendees must register for themselves. ##### Can I transfer my registration to another team member if I can no longer attend? If you have pre-registered and are no longer able to attend, please email us at teams@tyrepowereventsnsw.com.au to update or cancel your registration.Where possible, please let us know by 25 October 2026. If your plans change after this date, we’d appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible so we can offer your place to another attendee. ##### How do I indicate my dietary requirements? Any dietary requirements are captured at the time of registration. ##### What is the cancellation policy if I can no longer make it? Please visit the Contact Us page and submit an enquiry to notify the event team. If you have extended your stay, you may be liable for additional hotel cancellation charges. Smash Brand Group will arrange your flights, with Tyrepower covering flight expenses for attendees travelling from areas approximately two hours or more from Sydney. If both attending guests are Tyrepower members, their flights will be covered. However, if a guest is a family member or friend rather than a Tyrepower member, their flights will not be covered by Tyrepower. ##### I need assistance in booking or amending my flight, who should I get in touch with? Your flight request/s are captured in the registration form, and we'll handle your flight bookings. For any concerns, please email: team@tyrepowereventsnsw.com.au ##### How do I book my accommodation? Your accommodation request is captured in the registration form. Once the events team review your request, they will be in touch to discuss and confirm your hotel booking. ##### What time is check in and check out? Standard times apply. Check in is 3pm and checkout is 11am. ##### Is there complimentary parking onsite? Yes, this is on a first-come, first-served basis with corresponding rates. Valet parking is also available at $100.00 per day. We recommend parking at Wilson Parking, located at 383 Kent Street, Sydney NSW 2000, for your convenience. Alternatively, check the Parking Guide tab above for other parking options. ##### Can I check in early or drop my bags? Yes. Concierge supplies bag tags and you can safely leave your belongings in the hotel while you enjoy the surrounds. ##### What hotel facilities are available?
